A client reached out to us wanting to put together a lunch for the Veterans on their crews and of course we obliged! This wasn’t the first time we’ve done catering in Gregory / Portland for an industrial client. In the past, we’ve fed anywhere from 15 individuals to hearty crews of 600! We brought our restaurant to their training site and set up shop providing three meat plates (brisket, turkey, and sausage) along with three sides (corn, baked beans, and our own baked tater salad) served up with a side of our almost famous peach cobbler. Not to mention we brought along tea for everyone to enjoy.
We’re always willing to tackle even the toughest of catering requirements - whether we’re in the blazing sun, under a tent on a cold and misty night, or cramped into an office with little room to spare.
